Job Summary
As a full-time remote Talent Development Manager, this role will manage talent development processes, foster relationships with consultants to assess their development needs, and contribute to firmwide learning initiatives while supporting the firm's mission and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee talent development processes for a new technology and analytics area, focusing on process improvement
- Develop relationships with consultants to align their development needs with staffing processes and project requirements
- Facilitate the firm's performance management process and lead various talent-related initiatives in collaboration with other departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of management consulting or professional services experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- Proven experience in coaching and mentorship, with a focus on people development
- Technologically savvy with experience in implementing and refining systems in a fast-paced environment
