Job Summary

Managing a team of talent development consultants, the full-time salaried Talent Development Manager will oversee the coordination, planning, and evaluation of talent development programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Designs and implements learning and talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Leads a team focused on executing talent development initiatives, including coaching and performance management
  • Collaborates with HR and operational managers to address employee engagement and retention issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
  • Five years of experience in organization development or human resources, including three years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in executive assessment, succession planning, and performance management
  • Demonstrated experience in learning management and talent development
  • Certifications such as SHRM, PHR, and/or CPLP preferred
