Job Summary
Managing a team of talent development consultants, the full-time salaried Talent Development Manager will oversee the coordination, planning, and evaluation of talent development programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and implements learning and talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Leads a team focused on executing talent development initiatives, including coaching and performance management
- Collaborates with HR and operational managers to address employee engagement and retention issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
- Five years of experience in organization development or human resources, including three years in a leadership role
- Expertise in executive assessment, succession planning, and performance management
- Demonstrated experience in learning management and talent development
- Certifications such as SHRM, PHR, and/or CPLP preferred
