Job Summary
Leading organization-wide talent development initiatives, the full-time Talent and Learning Manager will enhance employee capability and engagement through onboarding, training programs, and recognition initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience to reinforce organizational culture and accelerate new hire integration
- Conduct learning needs analyses and develop an annual talent and learning strategy aligned with business goals
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs, including leadership and professional skills training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive experience in talent development or a related human resources function
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs and managing onboarding initiatives
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong project management and organizational skills
