Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions to streamline learning and talent processes
• Support L&D and talent operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management
• Analyze current processes, recommend enhancements, and document business processes for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5+ years of L&D and/or Talent Management experience
• Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS required
• Exceptional project management skills
• Experience with AI, automation, and process improvement
