Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for departments requesting training or development support
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies for training initiatives
• Support program management for Talent Development offerings, including planning and coordinating sessions and events

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Development, HR, or project coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams and Planner
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience with digital design tools such as Canva is preferred
