Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Talent Development Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for employee learning, onboarding, and performance programs
  • Support the administration of learning platforms and facilitate live sessions
  • Create and schedule employee communications and coordinate engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging self-paced learnings and presentations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
