Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent and Capability Partner to support strategy creation and drive the adoption of talent processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement new programs and processes based on organizational needs
• Collaborate with the People Team to develop solutions that add measurable value
• Research industry best practices and recommend changes to improve talent practices and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of related experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
• Experience in change management and project management is preferred
• Familiarity with strategic planning and communication
