Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent and Leadership Development Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership on talent management areas including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Design, develop, and support strategic talent management programs and projects
  • Create or update talent management resources, communications, and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management and leadership development
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
