Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent and Leadership Development Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership on talent management areas including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Design, develop, and support strategic talent management programs and projects
- Create or update talent management resources, communications, and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management and leadership development
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
