Job Summary

Supporting a high-performance culture, the full-time salaried Talent Development Partner will enhance execution of leadership capabilities and performance practices while collaborating with HR and business leaders in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adoption of high-performance culture behaviors in team routines and performance conversations
  • Improve the quality of OKRs by reviewing goals and partnering with leaders to enhance focus and clarity
  • Develop and deliver tools and workshops that strengthen execution discipline and accountability across teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field desired
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development or HR programs with direct responsibility for execution
  • Hands-on experience with performance management practices, including OKRs
  • Experience embedding leadership behaviors and culture frameworks into daily operations
  • Proven ability to partner with managers to improve execution and team effectiveness
