Job Summary
Supporting a high-performance culture, the full-time salaried Talent Development Partner will enhance execution of leadership capabilities and performance practices while collaborating with HR and business leaders in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support adoption of high-performance culture behaviors in team routines and performance conversations
- Improve the quality of OKRs by reviewing goals and partnering with leaders to enhance focus and clarity
- Develop and deliver tools and workshops that strengthen execution discipline and accountability across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field desired
- 5+ years of experience in talent development or HR programs with direct responsibility for execution
- Hands-on experience with performance management practices, including OKRs
- Experience embedding leadership behaviors and culture frameworks into daily operations
- Proven ability to partner with managers to improve execution and team effectiveness
