Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning programs that enhance employee performance and capability
- Launch and manage foundational enablement programs in collaboration with internal and external experts
- Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with strategic business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end talent and learning programs
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Learning Management Systems
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational learning strategies
