Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage foundational enablement programs in collaboration with internal and external experts
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with strategic business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management roles
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end talent and learning programs
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational learning strategies
