Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement organization-wide talent development strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead initiatives for talent identification, retention, and growth while enhancing existing talent programs
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational change through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent 10+ years of work experience in HR-related fields
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or in Talent Management, Development, or Learning & Development
• Proven experience in designing and implementing organization-wide development strategies
• Experience in change management and influencing organizational transformations
• Comfort leveraging technology and AI to enhance talent processes and inform strategic decisions
