Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Organizational Development/Talent experience within large organizations
- Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, and talent development
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience leading large-scale change initiatives across global organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions
