Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve and operationalize the Professional Services Key Strategic Objectives framework and tools
  • Define governance and operating models to ensure consistency and scalability of talent practices
  • Oversee data collection and reporting processes to support the performance framework
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive Organizational Development/Talent experience within large organizations
  • Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, and talent development
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives across global organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions
