Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
• Develop instructional materials and innovative digital learning solutions
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce content

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing learning content
• 2+ years of experience using eLearning software
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience designing for various learning environments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
