Job Summary

Combining operational excellence with strategic thinking, the full-time remote Talent Development Specialist will manage cross-functional initiatives, support program launches, and analyze performance data to enhance talent engagement and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of Talent Experience programs and initiatives
• Execute and continuously improve operational workflows supporting various talent programs and community initiatives
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for program enhancement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 4+ years of experience in Program Coordination, Operations, or related fields
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
• Resourceful and adaptable, with experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
