Talent Development Specialist

Job Summary

As a remote, full-time Talent Development Program Specialist, the candidate will design, build, and execute modern learning programs, leveraging AI tools for content creation and facilitating engaging training sessions across various employee levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop self-led e-learning modules and training materials while documenting processes and updating resources
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and conduct learning needs assessments to align initiatives with company objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support talent development programs and manage administrative tasks related to the Learning Management System

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Instructional Design
• Proficiency in creating eLearning content using tools like Articulate Rise
• Experience with LMS administration, particularly Docebo, and multimedia editing software
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for optimizing workflows and content creation
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person environments
