Job Summary
Supporting the University's initiatives, the full-time Talent Development Specialist will manage staff recruitment, coordinate employee training and development programs, and enhance employee engagement and recognition efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve the University-wide onboarding program for new staff, including resources and feedback mechanisms
- Administer the annual performance evaluation process and train supervisors and employees on effective evaluation practices
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in human resources, talent management, or related areas
- Experience coordinating multiple HR programs or projects from planning through implementation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
