A company is looking for a Director of Talent, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy.
- Manage the recruitment team and oversee all external talent acquisition activities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Executive Leadership to develop and maintain org structures and succession plans
- Identify and develop learning tools to upskill talent and manage the LMS and content delivery
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience in TA/TM or equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Organizational Design
- 5 years of management experience
