Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage company-wide onboarding and manager enablement programs
- Create and implement talent programs that clarify performance expectations and support talent reviews
- Measure and improve onboarding and manager effectiveness through data analysis
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in L&D, Organization Development, People Business Partner, or People Programs roles
- Proven experience in building manager enablement programs
- Ability to think systemically and connect onboarding to performance and retention
- Strong facilitation skills and experience influencing senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes
