Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage company-wide onboarding and manager enablement programs
  • Create and implement talent programs that clarify performance expectations and support talent reviews
  • Measure and improve onboarding and manager effectiveness through data analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in L&D, Organization Development, People Business Partner, or People Programs roles
  • Proven experience in building manager enablement programs
  • Ability to think systemically and connect onboarding to performance and retention
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience influencing senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes
