Talent Engagement Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent & Entertainment Coordinator to support its Talent, Entertainment, and Sports Engagement program during the 2026 midterm election cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative operations and project management for the Talent, Entertainment, and Sports Engagement program
- Maintain trackers for partnerships and manage talent and partner voter registration agreements
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination for talent logistics during events
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outreach or partnerships in nonprofit, agency, or similar environments
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative and logistical support
- Experience in entertainment, sports, or a talent agency is a plus
- Proficiency in the Google Suite
- Prior experience with CRMs like HubSpot is a plus
