Talent Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning interview coordination and candidate experience, the full-time remote Talent Engagement Coordinator will manage the operational backbone of recruiting, including Greenhouse administration and process documentation, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across time zones while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Serve as the primary administrator of Greenhouse, managing job posts, workflows, and data hygiene
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into recruiting metrics and pipeline health

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, with a track record of organization
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining clean data and accurate processes
• Genuine interest in transforming CS education and supporting underrepresented students in tech
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information discreetly
