Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between independent linguists and internal departments, gathering feedback and enhancing the Talent experience
• Manage the Talent scheduling and payment portal, ensuring eligibility criteria are met and providing educational initiatives
• Collaborate with Quality teams to uphold professional standards and analyze partner experience data for service improvements

Required Qualifications

• Background in Public Relations, Marketing, Community Management, or HR; experience with freelance workforce is a plus
• Empathetic communicator capable of building trust with a diverse, remote network
• Proficient in mastering new software platforms and explaining technical workflows
• Able to analyze data and design educational campaigns to improve outcomes
• Understanding of the independent contractor relationship and support methods without employer-like control
