Job Summary

Owning and scaling TRM's talent brand reach and community presence, the full-time remote Talent Growth Manager will manage distribution strategies, community activation, and event logistics to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice for technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the talent brand distribution strategy across various channels including paid, organic, and social media
• Develop and manage a conference and events strategy, including logistics and speaker engagements
• Cultivate relationships with engineering thought leaders and communities to enhance TRM's brand presence

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or community marketing
• Proven track record of managing events and community programs end-to-end
• Experience marketing to engineering or technical communities is a strong plus
• Familiarity with paid social and programmatic distribution, particularly on LinkedIn
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and maintain quality
