Talent HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst - Talent to bridge the gap between HR Centers of Excellence, HR systems, Technology teams and the end user.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver technology or process solutions with a focus on the user experience
• Support configuration for a portfolio of applications across the spectrum of HR disciplines
• Build relationships across teams and promote emerging technologies that proactively address challenges across the HR landscape

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience using Workday for Talent Management and/or Talent Acquisition
• Thorough experience with Talent Management and/or Talent Acquisition processes
