Job Summary

Talent Insights Specialist, a full-time position, is responsible for leading talent intelligence initiatives, executing strategic sourcing for specialized roles, and acting as a talent advisor through data analysis and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead talent intelligence projects, providing insights on talent availability and competitor movements
• Execute high-level sourcing strategies and offer expert recommendations to business leaders
• Conduct sophisticated phone screens and manage the recruitment process as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience in talent mapping and using data to influence hiring decisions
• Ability to translate market data into clear visual presentations for senior leadership
• Strong ownership and strategic thinking skills, with a high degree of autonomy
• Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data
