Job Summary

Acting as a talent advisor, the full-time hybrid Sourcer & Talent Insights Specialist will leverage data and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies, develop talent mapping projects, and execute sourcing strategies for critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent intelligence projects, providing insights on talent availability and competitor movements
• Execute high-level sourcing strategies and serve as the sourcing leader for specialized roles
• Utilize research and data analysis to offer actionable recommendations to hiring teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Proven experience in talent mapping and using data to influence hiring decisions
• Strong ability to translate market data into visual presentations for senior leadership
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ownership in a high-autonomy role
• Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data
