Talent Insights Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as a talent advisor, the full-time Sourcer & Talent Insights Specialist will lead talent mapping projects and strategic sourcing initiatives while working in a hybrid environment to support the organization's recruitment strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Talent Intelligence by developing and presenting complex talent mapping projects and market insights
• Execute high-level sourcing strategies for critical roles and provide expert recommendations to business leaders
• Leverage research and data analysis to deliver actionable recommendations and enhance talent attraction strategies

Required qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience in talent mapping and using data to influence hiring decisions
• Strong ability to translate market data into clear, visual presentations for senior leadership
• Demonstrated ownership and strategic thinking in a role requiring autonomy
• Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills for presenting complex data
