Job Summary
Leading initiatives around talent data and system integrations, the remote Talent Integration Manager will manage a team to develop operational strategies, oversee data platforms, and partner with stakeholders to drive analytics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies for talent data, reporting, and system integrations
- Oversee talent data platforms and ensure secure, high-quality data connectivity across HR and enterprise systems
- Deliver analytics solutions such as dashboards and reports to support business intelligence goals
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with HR data management and data warehousing/operational data store (ODS)
- 5+ years of HR systems integration experience with HRIS platforms (Workday / SuccessFactors)
- Hands-on experience with database development and data modeling (SQL Server/Oracle)
- 2+ years of leading analytics solutions delivery, including reporting and dashboards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
