Leading initiatives around talent data and system integrations, the remote Talent Integrations Data Manager will manage a team to develop operational strategies, oversee data platforms, and partner with stakeholders to drive analytics solutions in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in executing strategies for talent data management and system integrations
• Oversee HR data platforms to ensure secure and high-quality data connectivity
• Deliver analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support business intelligence goals

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR data management and data warehousing
• 5+ years of experience with HR systems integration and lifecycle ownership
• Hands-on experience with database development and data modeling
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics solutions delivery
• Strong communication and leadership skills
