Job Summary

Leading talent data initiatives, the remote contract Talent Integrations Data Manager will oversee system integrations, analytics solutions, and operational strategies to enhance organizational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies for talent data, reporting, and system integrations
• Oversee talent data platforms and HR integration solutions to ensure secure and high-quality data connectivity
• Partner with HR, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive data transformation and reporting initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with HR data management and data warehousing/operational data stores (ODS)
• 5+ years of HR systems integration experience with HRIS platforms, including integration lifecycle ownership
• Hands-on experience with database development and data modeling using SQL Server or Oracle
• 2+ years of experience delivering BI/analytics solutions, including reporting and dashboards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a team
