Talent Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve TA reporting and analytics, including pipeline metrics and conversion rates
• Prepare executive-ready scorecards and forecast hiring demand using trend data
• Lead talent market intelligence projects to identify hiring patterns and emerging talent pools

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Talent Intelligence, Talent Sourcing, TA analytics, or data analyst role
• Hands-on experience with talent intelligence and sourcing tools
• Experience building user-friendly dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier)
• Advanced Excel skills
