Talent Intelligence Strategist

Job Summary

Driving projects to optimize Talent Intelligence systems, the full-time remote Talent Intelligence Strategist will manage the roadmap, governance, and delivery of talent insights to support data-driven decisions and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Career Hub, translating business priorities into actionable initiatives
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of talent initiatives, partnering with HR Systems and IT for execution and readiness
• Establish governance for skills data and ensure alignment with talent strategies for mobility and succession planning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, or related fields
• Experience with talent management systems, such as Eightfold, ATS, or LMS
• Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex initiatives across functions
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for continuous improvement of talent solutions
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
