Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the talent management experimentation and redesign strategy
  • Design and manage A/B tests on performance processes, workflows, and reporting
  • Lead the execution of the year-end performance management process, collaborating with various teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, or a related HR discipline
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing performance management strategies
  • Strong proficiency in Workday and Tableau
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects from strategy to execution
