Talent Management Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Management team, the full-time remote Talent Management Coordinator will manage daily operations, including campaign execution, invoicing, and communication with creators and brand clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Talent Managers in executing campaigns and maintaining communication with brands, agencies, and creators
• Conduct market research to identify new creator and brand partnerships
• Manage campaigns and update records through the CRM, ensuring all relevant details are captured

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team
• A passionate follower of the creator economy with an understanding of social media trends
