Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Management Director to join their Global Talent Development Center of Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead talent mapping and succession planning, establishing enterprise-wide standards for talent reviews and development plans
  • Act as a consultative advisor on talent management practices and design targeted interventions to enhance team effectiveness
  • Operationalize talent strategy by aligning organizational goals with specific business unit needs and leveraging data for talent decisions


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in structural talent management or organizational development
  • Advanced degree or strong background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is preferred
  • Proven ability to advise senior business leaders and mitigate leadership risk
  • Strong diagnostic skills to assess talent maturity across diverse business units
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on solving critical business challenges
