Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Talent Management Director will enable talent pipeline building across the organization by designing, coordinating, and implementing talent management and development processes while acting as a strategic partner and tactical leader.
Key responsibilities
- Support and engage business leaders and HR partners on Talent Management and Development initiatives
- Design project plans and track progress for talent programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of timelines
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and implement solutions for improved effectiveness and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 10+ years in a Talent Management/Talent Development leadership role or HR role with a focus on Talent Management
- Experience managing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and projects
- Familiarity with Korn Ferry competency set and SuccessFactors is desired
- Certifications in various assessment tools are strongly preferred
