Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Management Director will own full-cycle talent management and recruiting efforts, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers to attract and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute a data-driven hiring strategy to attract high-performing candidates across all departments
- Elevate employer branding through social media, events, and networking to position the company as a top destination for talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles such as software engineers or data scientists
- Experience in regulated or government environments, including knowledge of U.S. citizenship and security clearance requirements
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and HR teams
- Experience in a small, fast-paced, and/or remote team environment is preferred
