Key Responsibilities
  • Translate priorities into project plans and manage program logistics for key initiatives
  • Lead needs analysis and design impactful learning experiences, engaging various stakeholders
  • Drive change management strategies and continuous improvement of programs based on feedback and data insights
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in Learning and Development or Organizational Development roles
  • Experience in change management and talent management processes
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM
  • 6+ years managing high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with LMS administration and project management tools
