Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Management & Total Rewards Manager to lead the design and management of their People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of performance and compensation processes, including managing performance reviews and compensation planning cycles
- Develop tools and education for employees and managers regarding performance, compensation, and equity incentive programs
- Design and manage employee benefits, job architecture, and People systems while driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People/HR, with 2+ years in a Talent Management or Total Rewards leadership role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets abilities
- Experience in healthcare benefits design and administration preferred
