Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Management & Total Rewards Manager to lead the design and management of their People function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of performance and compensation processes, including managing performance reviews and compensation planning cycles
  • Develop tools and education for employees and managers regarding performance, compensation, and equity incentive programs
  • Design and manage employee benefits, job architecture, and People systems while driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People/HR, with 2+ years in a Talent Management or Total Rewards leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets abilities
  • Experience in healthcare benefits design and administration preferred
