Job Summary

Leading the Talent Management function, the full-time Manager, Talent Management will oversee the implementation of strategic talent programs, manage a team of consultants, and drive organizational change to enhance performance and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Leads the development and execution of enterprise-level talent management programs, focusing on Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Performance Management
  • Utilizes data and insights to recommend enhancements to talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Develops high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, and mentoring while establishing trusted relationships with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management or HR consulting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven expertise in managing performance management and succession planning strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in influencing executive leaders and driving large-scale organizational change
