Talent Management Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of key people programs, the full-time remote Talent Management Manager will manage strategic objectives, oversee talent management processes, and coordinate performance management cycles while partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as program manager for annual strategic objectives, establishing governance and tracking progress against goals
- Facilitate talent review processes and succession planning activities in collaboration with the People Team
- Oversee performance management cycles, coordinating goal setting and compliance monitoring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or Program Management
- Experience leading enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Workday and Power BI
- Excellent executive communication skills
