Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Recruiting, or People Operations
- Experience coordinating complex HR programs and managing time-sensitive processes
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms for managing workflows and reporting
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a disciplined approach to prioritization
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools
