Required Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Recruiting, or People Operations
  • Experience coordinating complex HR programs and managing time-sensitive processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms for managing workflows and reporting
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a disciplined approach to prioritization
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools
