Job Summary
Supporting employee and leadership development programs, the full-time remote Talent Management Partner II will manage program operations, logistics, and process improvements while collaborating with program owners to enhance participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and improve program operations and processes for talent development initiatives
- Coordinate program logistics and communications with employees and vendors
- Track and analyze program metrics and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in talent management, human resources, or program management
- Experience in customer service, event coordination, operations, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate diverse activities
- Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
