Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in talent or employee development, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Experience with Workday performance and talent modules
- Knowledge of fair employment laws at federal, state, and local levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
