Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the performance appraisal process and advises senior leaders on talent matters

Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in talent or employee development, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Experience with Workday performance and talent modules
  • Knowledge of fair employment laws at federal, state, and local levels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
