Talent Management Program Manager
Job Summary
The full-time temporary Talent Management Program Manager will design, implement, and maintain talent management programs, including performance management and talent reviews, while working remotely and supporting the Central Time Zone schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the launch, training, support, and management of the annual performance review process and talent reviews
- Maintain existing talent management programs and processes through resource development and user support
- Prepare reports on talent management activities, measuring performance against goals and providing insights for senior leaders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning or Organization Development, and Talent Reviews
- Experience in project management supporting organization-wide talent management programs
- Knowledge of leading approaches in Talent Management and data-driven evaluation metrics
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM is preferred
