Talent Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Management Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sr. People Business Partners to support the employee lifecycle for assigned departments
• Manage the offboarding and transfer process for all departing employees ensuring a seamless employee experience
• Engage in special projects related to the employee lifecycle, including obtaining approvals for employee exceptions to work abroad

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of human resources generalist or people operations experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
• Experience supporting employees within call center operations is a plus
