Talent Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Talent Management Specialist to support the Talent Management team with key enterprise talent programs and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing execution of the Performance Excellence program, including preparation of materials and communications
• Assist with the rollout and integration of success profiles for job level expectations and development paths
• Prepare resources for Talent Review and Succession Planning cycles, coordinating materials and templates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Talent Management
• Working knowledge of talent management programs and processes
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (ADP preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
