Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist for a remote contract position, this role will manage the planning and execution of employee-facing programs, draft communications, and ensure data accuracy within performance management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of employee-facing programs and initiatives while maintaining detailed project documentation
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and a collaborative tone
- Manage data accuracy and provide insights to support performance management programs
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of operations experience in HRIS, managing high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical capabilities and detail-oriented mindset for auditing data
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack
- Experience with HR program management and performance programs
