Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist for a remote contract position, this role will manage the planning and execution of employee-facing programs, draft communications, and ensure data accuracy within performance management initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of employee-facing programs and initiatives while maintaining detailed project documentation
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and a collaborative tone
  • Manage data accuracy and provide insights to support performance management programs
Required qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of operations experience in HRIS, managing high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical capabilities and detail-oriented mindset for auditing data
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack
  • Experience with HR program management and performance programs
