Talent Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to work remotely on a temporary, part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal training and development programs to enhance team member performance
• Consult with leadership on performance and organizational development efforts
• Provide support to DEIB Engaged Resource Groups (ERG's) and talent management programs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of training experience and at least one year of management experience
• Experience with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging programs and Employee Resource Groups
• Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred
