Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Manager to lead recruitment efforts for senior and specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and strategize complex recruitment campaigns aligned with organizational goals
  • Shape and influence overall recruitment strategy and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Mentor junior team members and manage recruitment projects to ensure successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting
  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
