Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Manager to lead recruitment efforts for senior and specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and strategize complex recruitment campaigns aligned with organizational goals
- Shape and influence overall recruitment strategy and manage stakeholder relationships
- Mentor junior team members and manage recruitment projects to ensure successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
