Talent Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of enterprise talent practices, the full-time hybrid Talent Manager will manage core Talent Management processes, enhance leader effectiveness, and drive employee development while collaborating with HR stakeholders in Frisco, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of Talent Management processes in alignment with enterprise strategy
• Design and improve workflows, tools, and resources for effective execution of talent processes
• Monitor execution quality and provide actionable insights to enhance talent management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience partnering effectively across HR and business stakeholders in matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience with talent management processes in Workday or similar HR systems is preferred
